- The products we offer are not produce by Just Cool Services these are provided to you through our strategic relationship with the manufacturers and or suppliers and we will pass on the warranty to which has been agreed with them (Manufacturers & Suppliers) We will not be liable for any damages cause through misuse of the products and services we provide. And for any damages that occur due to acts of nature and power surges.
- We do not promise that your business will be profitable without proper management procedures and hard work and dedication. What will offer you the tools for you to use along with your smart devices that will enhance the mobility of your business.
- The support we provide will be based on the agreed support package agreed to between you our customer & us (Just Cool Services) at the time of purchase of our Products & Services.
- Our prices will be stated in ECD (Eastern Caribbean Currency) and USD (United Sates Dollars) and will include 15% Government Tax. We will clearly show the currency by showing ECD and USD where applicable. The conversion rate of the USD to ECD is 2.67 for Cash and 2.7169 for Credit or Debit Cards.
- All sales are final except for manufacturer defects that are covered under the warranty received from the manufacturers and suppliers.
